It’s your workout; it’s your responsibility. No check-in, no play.

2. book your spot.
Claim your space, or someone else will.

3. show up or cancel in time.
We get it—life happens. Just don’t ghost us last minute. Check the Booking Policies to stay in the good books.

4. byo mat, k-thanks-bye.
You want to work out? Bring the goods. BYO or miss out.

5. sweat towel = your best friend.
We love to sweat, but no one wants to swim in yours.

6. stash your stuff.
The studio floor is for moves, not your backpack collection.

6. respect the sweat.
Love your community? Do your pit (I mean, bit!) Start with basic hygiene. Fresh clothes, deodorant, and wiping down equipment AND floor around your space are the golden rules.

7. sauna? all yours.
Self-serve and ready when you are. Go sweat it out like a champ.

8. lights, camera, vibes.
We film and snap. A lot. By being here, you get that your face, voice, and killer moves might make it to our socials. No drama, just fame.

9. profile photos: mandatory (no nudes, pls).
We need a photo for your profile—it’s how we keep things safe and secure. Keep it PG – this isn’t Tinder.

10. big kids only.
You must be 16+ to join in. Sorry, this playground’s for the grown-ups.

12. we’re staff-free sometimes.
