Welcome to the Move Room, a 24/7 space that everyone can feel good about and feel good in. Lift with your mum, your dad, your sister, your boyfriend’s second cousin - everyone is welcome in the Move Room, the home of cables, free weights, pin-loaded and plate-loaded machines. Equipment selection is varied and premium standard. Get in your reps, sets and time under tension to your heart's content.

The Mat Room is its name, Pilates is its game. With 28 infrared heating panels and a ventilation recovery unit that draws out odour and circulates fresh air, the Mat Room has been purpose built for Pilates. Hot Mat! Mixed Mat! Baby Mat! Cousin Mat! (No.) Expect epic music, killer moves and goooood vibes. We’re not mucking around over here—ALL of our "Mat⌇" instructors always have been, and always will be, certified Pilates pros. Yoga, Dance, Pilates. It’s all gooooood. See ya on the Mat, cool dude!

    MOOD: A good amount of burn and intensity (did someone say endorphins?!), coupled with a bit of slow and flow, never felt so good! It’s satisfying, addictive and feels about as good as fresh sheets on shaved legs.

    MOVES: All the Joseph Pilates originals, plus some new, cool shiz nit. Pilates, but different. And gooooood.
