Late cancel? That’s $7. No-show? That’s $10. Wanna play? Your billing info needs to be on file. No details, no deal.

5. check-in or check out.

Here’s the deal: we don’t get paid if you don’t check in. And we really like getting paid. It’s mandatory, non-negotiable, and honestly, just good manners.

6. guests = trouble.

Thinking about sneaking your bestie, your cousin, or your neighbour’s cat into the studio? Think again. Non-members will cost you a $30 casual visit charge—yes, even if they’re “just watching.”

7. big kids only.

You must be 16+ to be part of the fun. If you’re younger than that, try again in a few years.
