The deal? Join us for 18 classes in 30 days, during the month of November. Did we mention it's FREE?!

The goal? It's all about showing up, having fun, and connecting with your Good Gang. Whether you hit all 18 classes or just give it your best shot, it's all good! We're talking about feeling goooood—mentally and physically—(endorphins, baby!) just in time for the silly season.

This isn't about competition—it's about consistently showing up, moving together, developing good habits, and filling your cup. We recommend mixing it up in both the Mat Room and the Play Room to keep your body guessing. Whether you're in for the good vibes, the community, or to boost your strength and fitness game before the holidays, we're here for it!

  • Step 1: Be a member (check!)

    Step 2: Register via the ‘rego me!’ button (easy-peasy!)

    Step 3: Grab a challenge card at the desk, add your full name, slap it on the window, and track your progress (accountability is cool!)

    Step 4: Look out for your rego email with all the deets you need to know!

    Step 5: Share with a friend! (More consistent! More fun! More intensity! More bang for buck!)

  • Sure! You just need to become a member first. Sign up with one of our membership options here, THEN, you can hit the 'rego me!' button and register for the challenge.

  • Sure can! You just need to be an active good well FP member. Haven't signed up with us using your FP deets yet? Whaddaya waiting for?! JOIN US! ('Fitness Passport - 24/7 + Classes' is the one you want).

  • Nope! This is a class participation challenge. Mat Room and Play Room booked classes only, count towards your total.

  • Wowzers! You hit 18 classes in 30 days! Step 1: get yourself a snack - that's a solid effort! Step 2: drop your challenge card in the clear box in the Good Room, to celebrate your epic effort!
