The Mat Room is its name, Pilates is its game. With 28 infrared heating panels and a ventilation recovery unit that draws out odour and circulates fresh air, the Mat Room has been purpose built for Pilates. Hot Mat! Mixed Mat! Baby Mat! Cousin Mat! (No.) Yoga, Dance, Pilates. It’s all gooooood.

The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help, whether it's with workout advice or just a friendly chat. For me, one of the standout features of the gym is the group classes. There’s a diverse schedule of classes all led by knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructors. These classes have improved my fitness and made my workouts more enjoyable and social.
